01 Introduction

04 Account Registration

4.2 Single Account

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b9gam reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. b9gam accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Notification of Breach

You must notify b9gam immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Contact details are provided in Section 17 of these Terms.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

b9gam and any linked Operators may require identity verification before processing certain account features, including but not limited to withdrawal requests. KYC procedures are a standard regulatory requirement across licensed online gambling platforms and serve to confirm identity, verify age and satisfy AML obligations.

5.1 Required Documents

Typical KYC documentation may include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — front and back copies where applicable;

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the b9gam Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the property of b9gam or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, download, store, transmit, sell or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of b9gam.

11 Privacy & Data

b9gam's collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

b9gam does not sell personal data to third-party advertising networks. Data submitted through the Platform is processed only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gambling

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.

15 Amendments to These Terms

b9gam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. The last-reviewed date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any changes.

If you continue to use the Platform after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9gam's operating entity is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits b9gam's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: you acknowledge that Pakistani law may impose restrictions on online gambling activity and that it is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. b9gam provides no warranty that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
